As a Graphic Designer Merchandiser at DECATHLON, I imagined creative and strategic merchandising concepts for the running, fitness, and trekking departments. My role involved imagining visually engaging layouts and signage that not only highlighted product features but also guided customers intuitively through their purchasing journey. By aligning design with user behavior and brand identity, I aimed to create immersive retail experiences that showcased the technical value of the products while fostering a more dynamic and accessible shopping environment.
